2) 분쟁내용
2011년 9월 15일, Development Innovation Group, LLC(이하 DIG)이 삼성전자의 자회사Samsung Telecommunications America, Inc. 및 17. Samsung Telecommunications America LLC를 포함 28곳을 특허 침해를 이유로 캘리포니아 남부 지법에 소송을 제기했다.
DIG는 소장에서, 상기 업체들의 모바일 통신기기가 자사의 하기 특허를 침해했다고 주장했다
