본『고효율, 고성능의 하이브리드 전기 자동차용 2 모드 변속기 및 제어 기술개발』은 화석 연료의 고갈 대응 및 환경차 의무 수출 대응을 위해 하이브리드 전기차/플러그인 하이브리드 전기차개발은 반드시 필요하며 이러한 환경차에 적용될 우리나라 기술수준에 대한 국내외 특허 분석을 통하여 2010년도 산업원천기술 개발사업의 투자 방향을 점검하고 동시에 전략적이고 내실있는 연구기획이 가능하도록 지식경제부의 요청에 의해 특허청이 발주하고 한국특허정보원이 주관하는 사업임
분석 목적
현재 도요타를 위주로 혼다, 포드 등에서 다양한 형태의 하이브리드 전기차가 이미 시장을 선점하고 있고, 자동차 업체에 적합한시스템으로 진화를 거듭하고 있다. 이러한 시장의 단점을 극복하고 시장을 선점하기 위해 조급히 하이브리드용 변속기의 미래 기술에 대해 분석하고 개발 방법을 선정하여 3,4년 후에는 경쟁사 이상의 기술 확보 및 제품화 개발의 착수가 필요함본 특허동향조사 보고서는 고효율, 고성능의 하이브리드 전기 자동차용 2 모드 변속기 및 제어 기술개발, 즉 구체적으로는 엔진과, 2개의 모터/제너레이터, 유성기어기구, 클러치 및 브레이크를 적절한 조합으로 연결하여 2개 이상의 동력분기 모드(EVT)와 다수의 고정변속단의 기어비의 구현이 가능한 기술 개발, 전동식 오일펌프를 하이브리드 변속기 패키지에 적합한 구조로 기술개발, 외부 조건에 따라 기계식 오일펌프와 전동식 오일펌프를 연동시켜 전동식 오일펌프를 작동시키는 제어 기술개발에 대한 특허수준 및 독창성을 분석함으로써 우리나라의 기술 수준, 선진기업의 연구개발 동향 및 핵심특허 현황 등을 파악하여 본 연구개발과제 수행의 타당성에 대한 객관적인 특허정보를 제공하기 위함
